Decenter seems to be having difficulty with getting Bitcoin transactions confirmed

So what’s the latest status for this site?
It appears to have stopped working. I deposited 0.01001 BTC two days ago and haven’t gotten a single payment. It says next payment at “25 Feb. 2017, 23:39” but it hasn’t showed up and I haven’t received it.
