HERE IS THE SOLUTION TO THE PENDING TRANSACTION PROBLEM 1. Go to https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm?m=savePrioritiseTx 2. Create an account for free (antpool is one of the biggest mining pools in the world, it’s trustworthy) 3. Go back to the url in the first step, and paste your transaction hash in the top box 4. Answer the captcha and click submit 5. You will see your transaction hash in the “Prioritized” box at the bottom 6. This solution is only for those who have the hash tx id, but their pending is without hash which mean this solution is totally useless.
For those who stuck please don’t panic. Because it still paying, while is only pay for small amount.
Worst thing now:
1. Unable to release your deposit and withdraw it fully.
2. For withdraw one day have been limited to 1 time.
What can you do before it totally die:
1. You still can withdraw at least 0.005btc/day(100% working), mean u are still possible to get back some money before totally closed. (I saw 0.01-0.06 trx too but not recommend to try)
Finally, Your are not lose all, you still get get back some this is the most lucky thing.
My withdrawal status since 10/10/2017 has been stil pending. No reponse from helpdesk. I am not a lucky men to see the hash to speed up the payment. Is there any solution to get my money back? Any idea?
The worst thing is, that my BTC signed with status pending has disappeared from my account ballance. The withdraw amount is over 0,367 BTC. Still waiting 🙁 …

To all the people who have the transaction pending, this is because they use very low mining fee on the withdrawal payments.
Mine sat unconfirmed for about 2 hours after posting here, until I found the (free) solution. I’ll make a post on steemit explaining how to get your transaction confirmed asap and post it here.

Looks like Carismo has stopped paying even for small withdrawals. The latest payment so far was 10/15 6:57 a.m. London time
The latest payout so far was made today, 10/15/17 15:03 London time. As for me, i submitted a withdrawal request of 0.005 BTC but only to fail as it did not generate a hash script.
I confirm, that Carismo has not generate a hash script. Withdrawals are signed as pending. No chance to get your money back!

carismo’s latest payment is 15/10 15:03. and others all statuses ware confirmed. i did withdraw at 12/10 17:07 and 14/10 15:32, but Hushes are still Pending. and Transaction Details are NOTHING, too, only Pending … why ? how should i do ? someone, please teach me
